• Specification and information

Cab-O-Sil is a fine powder of amorphous silicon dioxide (the main component of sand), which is typically around 600 mesh (16µ). It is used as resin thicken, or additive to powders to make grinding, sieving and handling “free flowing” and considerably easier, it can also be added to sulphur to reduce the static which can make sulphur difficult to handle.

This product is packaged in a heavy gauge plastic bag with a safety information label affixed. This is then sealed in a second plastic bag for added protection during shipping. Items usually posted by Royal Mail in card boxes.
